We are InterCode — a team of software engineers located all over the world.

Now we’re looking for a full-timeJunior Lead generator (Sales Associate & Data Researcher) who’s ready to take their first step into the world of IT sales 🚀

This role is a great fit for someone without prior experience but with a strong desire to learn, grow, and start a career in international sales. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Sales department, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client research, and communication with potential partners.

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate English (B1 or above) — comfortable with spoken and written communication.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
  • Previous work experience in outreach, prospecting, or pre-sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Data research, lead generation, cold outreach and communication with potential customers through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, etc.
  • Exploring and testing new sales channels and methods.
  • Run and execute email outreach.
  • Preparing and refining our engineers resumes, and company portfolio cases.
  • Drafting custom proposals and responses to client requests.
  • Initiating and managing communication with customers and partners.
  • Executing ad-hoc tasks from the CEO and Sales leadership.
