AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Brand Manager CORE/VALUE Brands position.

Main accountabilities:

  • Brand strategy, brand plan development & execution under supervision of Marketing Manager;
  • Analysis of brand commercial, financial KPIs and Brand Health, monthly brand performance tracking, identifying brand gaps vs. Targets, recommending and executing corrective actions;
  • Develop and deliver brand creative, 360 campaigns, on-going conversations, promotional, POSM, PR materials and other marketing materials under supervision of Marketing Manager, measure results & effectiveness, develop learnings;
  • Lead & control media plan development, execution and efficiency (with Connections Team and under supervision of Marketing Manager), recommend updating;
  • Collaborate within different departments/functions (Technical department, Supply, Planning, Sales, Legal, Trade-marketing & Corporate Affairs, Logistics etc.);
  • Coordinate agencies work, ensuring timely execution of projects (Creative, Media, BTL, Digital, SMM);
  • Manage brand budget and costs;
  • Manage events;
  • Manage partners relations.

Requirements:

  • 4−5 years brand management experience in FMCG;
  • University graduate in economics, marketing or communication;
  • Strong experience in media (Traditional and digital strategy) and brand activations;
  • Proactive, ambitious, open-minded, high adaptability & flexibility;
  • Excellent analytical, management & communicative skills;
  • Up-to-date and willing to learn more in terms of latest technology, social media, music, sports, trends;
  • Mobile (ready to travel); living in Kyiv;
  • Fluent in English (written & oral) & Ukrainian.
