Today, ATMO is a robust ecosystem featuring our own LMS, proprietary content, and cutting-edge AI solutions. We have built a powerful product and a ready-to-scale ecosystem. Now, we are looking for a visionary Sales Leader focused on hyper-growth to drive efficient execution, scaling, and global revenue generation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive systematic sales growth across international markets.
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing, result-oriented sales team.
  • Leverage AI tools in sales to automate routine tasks, shorten the deal cycle, and increase turnover.
  • Think outside the box and apply creative strategies to deliver tangible business outcomes.

💼 Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with measurable achievements (revenue growth, consistently meeting/exceeding targets).
  • Experience in leading sales teams with full accountability for financial results.
  • A crystal-clear understanding of how to drive numbers and achieve targets.
  • High level of engagement, ownership, and deep focus on KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including AI tools for sales.
  • English proficiency at C1 level is a strong advantage.
