Опис вакансії

We are looking for a proactive B2B Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our client base through outbound marketing and lead generation. This is not an SMM-focused role. The ideal candidate understands how to build effective acquisition channels, communicate with potential clients, and consistently generate qualified B2B leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
  • Research and implement customer acquisition channels beyond social media and Google Ads.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Build and improve lead generation processes.
  • Maintain CRM and keep accurate records of leads and client interactions.
  • Track and maintain marketing and sales statistics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English is a must.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales.
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
  • Confidence in communicating with international clients via calls and meetings.
  • Ability to identify, test, and scale new marketing channels beyond SMM and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with cold email campaigns.
  • Experience working with international B2B clients.
