Опис вакансії
We are looking for a proactive B2B Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our client base through outbound marketing and lead generation. This is not an SMM-focused role. The ideal candidate understands how to build effective acquisition channels, communicate with potential clients, and consistently generate qualified B2B leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Research and implement customer acquisition channels beyond social media and Google Ads.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Build and improve lead generation processes.
- Maintain CRM and keep accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Track and maintain marketing and sales statistics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English is a must.
- Experience in B2B marketing and sales.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients via calls and meetings.
- Ability to identify, test, and scale new marketing channels beyond SMM and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with cold email campaigns.
- Experience working with international B2B clients.
