Head of Sales and Business Development (Remote)

About Us

De Civitate is a fast-growing international law firm with a diverse team spanning Lithuania, Latvia, Brazil, the Philippines, and Ukraine. As we expand, we seek a dynamic Head of Sales and Business Development to join our leadership team—someone who will take a leadership role in driving our growth and operational success. De Civitate focuses on migration law, company registrations and bank accounts. Sales team of 4−5 persons (with plans to expand).

Role Overview

As head of sales, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and success of the sales team and optimizing processes. As a Business Development manager, you will be spearheading business development: finding and communicating with potential partners, and recruiting new team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient work of the sales team: coordination with other teams, optimizing the process, building a knowledge base, and motivating the team.
  • Responsibility for the results and client satisfaction (sales team part).
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support growth.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for operational efficiency.
  • Oversee business development initiatives to expand our client base and market presence: finding new partners, building new products, and training the sales team.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s strategy and culture.

Requirements

  • Self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems, and drive processes to completion.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including team leadership, business development, or other relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience standardizing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A law degree or experience in the legal sector is a plus (but not a requirement).
  • We use Hubstaff (or other time tracking software) for transparency across the remote team.
