Opens a vacancy for a Employe in Process Engineering for Diamond Tools (m/f/d)

Requirements, prerequisites:

• Completed degree with a focus on mechanical engineering / production engineering or a comparable technician qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience in related technical fields such as process engineering / mechanical engineering in the context of the production of hard metal, diamond tools or powder metallurgy

• Knowledge of plant engineering, process technology and process optimization as well as quality assurance

• Experience in preparing and managing technical projects

• Manual skills and willingness to try things out, curiosity and readiness to innovate

• Business-fluent English; German desirable

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business

Areas of responsibility:

• Optimization and further development of process technologies

• Determination of process robustness and its improvement

• Troubleshooting in production

• Project cooperation and management with internal and external suppliers in coordination with central development at HQ

• Close collaboration with central development at HQ and on-site quality assurance

• Planning and support of the transfer of prototypes to series production, including independent execution of trials and documentation

• Technical management of the test department for cutting tests and coordination of production trials including competitive tests
