International Product, Sourcing Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Good written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in supplier sourcing and international purchasing.
• Good knowledge of Canva for creating product catalogs and marketing materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and trade exhibitions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Source innovative orthodontic and dental products.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare supplier agreements.
• Coordinate the signing of supplier contracts.
• Develop and maintain the company’s product portfolio.
• Create and update product catalogs using Canva.
• Collect technical documentation, product images and marketing materials.
• Coordinate product launches with the marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
• Ensure product information and pricing remain accurate and up to date.
• Support the continuous expansion of Orthomarket’s product offering.
