What You’ll Do:

📌 Editing video creatives for mobile apps across multiple platforms

📌 Working with raw footage, screen recordings, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects

📌 Creating multiple variations of creatives to test different hooks, formats, and concepts

📌 Collaborating with marketers, designers, and content creators throughout the creative process

📌 Following trends in short-form content, ad creatives, and viral editing styles

📌 Maintaining high speed and quality while managing multiple editing tasks

Requirements:

✅ Up to 1 year of hands-on video editing experience (freelance, personal, or in-house)

✅ Confident use of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar

✅ Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what makes video content engaging in the first seconds

✅ Ability to work with feedback and quickly iterate on creatives

✅ Fluent Russian is required, English B2 is a strong advantage
