Dispatcher (Car Shipping, Vehicle Hauling, US Logistics)

For over 17 years, AutoBidMaster has been a premier official broker for US auto auctions. We help customers win used and salvage vehicles at auction and get them safely delivered to any destination.

Our Logistics Department is currently looking for an experienced🚗Dispatch Agent to join our team.

What makes this role different: This is not a typical freight broker role where you have to hunt for both cargo and drivers. Since the cargo of a customer — won vehicle — is already secured, your mission is simply to coordinate with US auto-haulers to get these vehicles efficiently picked up and delivered across the States📍

📋What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with US carriers for fast, reliable vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
• Log shipping details, driver schedules, and tracking updates in our database.
• Keep our Customer Support updated on vehicle locations, ETAs, and transit delays.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
• Quickly resolve on-the-road emergencies or delays to keep shipments moving.
• Assist with inquiries about car shipping processes, policies, and pricing.

✅What We Are Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in US Logistics: Truck Dispatching, Fleet Management, Freight Brokerage or Auto-hauling.
• Familiarity with Central Dispatch, Zendesk, and other CRM or ticketing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

🕒Terms & Schedule:

• Format: Full-time, long-term B2B contract
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 16:00 — 01:00 Kyiv time (16:00 — 22:00 from the office, the rest of the shift — from home)
• Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed days off)
