Business Assistant (B2B, Advanced Manufacturing)

We are B2B industrial company with 25+ years experience. Among our clients are Eurasian Resources Group (ERG, Denmark), ArcelorMittal, Bunge (Germany), Knauf (Germany), METINVEST & DTEK, Dniprovazhmash. Not to mention hundreds of others, like all sugar factories of Ukraine. To expand European business operations, our export oriented EU registered division currently has an opening. We are seeking a Business Assistant to join our new branch team.

Work setting

• Remote/Hybrid

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior or current experience supporting VPs at tech company
• Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive
• Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
• Project management experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively and building strong working relationships
• Proficient with technology including LibreOffice, Zoom and mobile tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support while exercising confidentiality and diplomacy
• Serve as primary strategic and administrative partner to the CEO
• Support with strategic and operational tasks
• Coordinate key business processes
• Represent company externally

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience and education.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for monthly awards based on factors such as experience and performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience and performance.
