    We are a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in authentic designer eyewear.

    We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager who will own the operational success of our marketplace business by making data-driven decisions, managing product priorities, coordinating a cross-functional team, and optimizing inventory across sales channels.

    This is a strategic operations role for someone who enjoys analytics, process optimization, and turning insights into sales growth. What We’re Looking For

    • Experience managing marketplace or eCommerce operations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with large product catalogs and data.
    • Experience coordinating teams and organizing workflows.
    • Ability to make decisions based on business metrics rather than assumptions.
    • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
    • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
    • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.

    • Manage marketplace operations across 10−12 platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Poshmark, and other online sales channels.
    • Analyze sales performance, customer demand, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
    • Decide which products and brands should be prioritized based on demand, inventory levels, profitability, and competitor analysis.
    • Develop listing priorities for the content team to ensure high-potential products reach the market first.
    • Coordinate a team responsible for:
      • Product listings
      • Product photography
      • Product descriptions
      • CRM moderation
    • Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and marketplace positioning (we have our own easy to use re-price platform for that).
    • Optimize inventory distribution across marketplaces to improve sell-through and reduce aging stock.
    • Improve internal workflows to increase listing speed and operational efficiency.
    • Track key marketplace metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

    • Speed of launching new products — how quickly new products are prepared and published on marketplaces.
    • Listing quality and accuracy — ensuring product information, photos, descriptions, and categories are correct.
    • Team efficiency — effective task management, meeting deadlines, and improving team workflows.

    Product & Inventory Management

    • Product prioritization — identifying which products and brands should be launched and promoted first. We have over 10000 SKUs.
    • Assortment optimization — ensuring the right products are available on the right sales channels.
    • Inventory optimization — improving stock turnover and reducing slow-moving inventory.

    Analytics & Growth — IMPORTANT!

    • Sales performance analysis — tracking results and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Competitor and pricing analysis — monitoring market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
    • Marketplace sales growth — increasing revenue and improving product performance.
    • Growth of top-performing products — increasing the number of products that generate consistent sales.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with eBay, Poshmark, Bonanza or other international marketplaces.
    • Experience in fashion, eyewear, or retail eCommerce.
    • Familiarity with inventory management and marketplace optimization.
    • Experience improving operational processes and scaling marketplace businesses.
