Dispatch, Logistics Coordinator, Trucking Dispatcher (weekends)

Over the past year, we have expanded our fleet from 20 to 80 trucks and continue to add more. As we scale up our operations, we are hiring dispatchers not to replace someone, but to build a stronger team and support our fast growth. This is a weekend job, and the hours are from 10:00 — 00:00 (2am-4pm Chicago time) Saturday-Sunday.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor and manage driver routes, providing real-time support and updates
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate loads for drivers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least near 1 year of relevant work experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferably with reefer loads)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure
