Help build the marketing and communications of a growing international church.
International Restoration Church (IRC) is a multi-campus Christian church based in the United States, with campuses in Washington and New York. We are building a strong marketing and creative department to support church growth, media projects, conferences, events, and digital outreach.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Strategy Lead who can think strategically, organize people, build systems, and lead marketing initiatives—not just execute individual tasks.
This is a long-term remote position with flexible hours (approximately 2−3 days per week). We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and grow with us.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Develop and execute the church’s overall marketing strategy.
- Plan promotional campaigns for conferences, events, ministries, and special projects.
- Coordinate designers, copywriters, video editors, photographers, and other creative contributors.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and ensure projects move from idea to completion.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain consistency across all communication channels and branding.
- Introduce modern marketing tools, AI solutions, and efficient workflows.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Thinks strategically rather than only executing tasks.
- Has experience managing creative teams or contractors.
- Knows how to build marketing systems and processes.
- Understands branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Can organize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is proactive, responsible, and highly organized.
A strong advantage if you
- Have your own network of trusted designers, copywriters, editors, or other creative professionals you can involve when needed.
- Have experience working with nonprofits, churches, educational organizations, or mission-driven brands.
- Regularly use AI tools in your work.
- Have experience building marketing departments from the ground up.
