We are looking for a Google Tag Manager & Analytics Specialist to help us build, maintain, and improve tracking for international e-commerce businesses.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical thinking who enjoys solving problems, investigating tracking issues, and ensuring marketing data is accurate. You don’t need to know every tool from day one; we value curiosity, logical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.

What we expect from the candidate:

✔️ Basic to intermediate experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

✔️ Understanding of website tracking, events, and conversion measurement

✔️ Experience setting up or troubleshooting tracking for forms, purchases, leads, or other conversions

✔️ Ability to investigate and debug tracking issues systematically

✔️ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

✔️ Comfortable working with websites and following technical documentation

✔️ Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way

✔️ English level — Intermediate (B1+) or higher

Nice to have:

✔️ Shopify or WooCommerce experience

✔️ Google Ads Conversion Tracking

✔️ Meta Pixel and Conversions API

✔️ Server-side tracking

✔️ DataLayer implementation

✔️ Looker Studio

✔️ Basic JavaScript knowledge

✔️ Consent Mode and cookie banner implementations

What will you be doing:

📌 Setting up and maintaining tracking through Google Tag Manager

📌 Configuring and validating GA4 events and conversions

📌 Implementing purchase, lead, form, and other conversion tracking

📌 Testing tracking after website updates and deployments

📌 Investigating and fixing tracking discrepancies and technical issues

📌 Supporting Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms with accurate tracking

📌 Verifying data quality and ensuring analytics reliability

📌 Creating clear documentation for tracking implementations and fixes

📌 Collaborating with developers and the marketing team to resolve tracking challenges
