Cold Email Outreach Specialist, Data Researcher

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What you will do

• Research relevant companies and contacts
• Find and verify professional email addresses
• Build, clean, and maintain prospect databases
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly or similar platforms
• Manage 20+ sending accounts and up to ~2,000 emails per day
• Monitor mailbox health, deliverability, bounce and spam rates
• Add or replace sending mailboxes when needed
• Monitor campaign performance and identify issues
• Keep campaign data organized and provide short daily updates

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience launching and managing cold email campaigns
• Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io, Mailshake, or similar tools
• Understanding of deliverability, mailbox health, sending limits, bounce and spam rates
• Experience finding and verifying professional emails
• Experience working with multiple sending accounts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large databases
• English B1+
• Full-time availability 16:00−00:00 Kyiv time Important: experience only in Data

Research, LinkedIn lead generation, or database buildingwithout hands-on cold email outreach is not sufficient for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Snov.io, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales workflows
• Understanding of email warm-up and basic domain authentication principles
• Experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, recruitment research, or email marketing
• Knowledge of Google search operators and other contact research techniques
