HRD

A international manufacturing company (~200 employees) is looking for an HRD — a strategic HR partner for the leadership team. This is not an operational recruiting role. This is a role for someone who builds HR systems, drives key development projects and shapes culture through active change.

Key context: the company is currently in the middle of a large-scale Workday HCM implementation. The HRD joins the process and becomes one of the key drivers of this project.

What you will do:

• Talent Review: assessing team potential, developing individual growth maps
• Learning & Development: building training plans and development programmes
• Succession Planning: establishing a succession system for key positions
• Compensation & Benefits: developing and maintaining the company’s C&B policy
• Workday HCM: active involvement in the implementation (Talent Management and Core HR modules)
• HR Business Partnering: supporting senior leadership in people-related decisions
• Adapting global HR practices to the Ukrainian context

Who we are looking for:

Must have:

✔ 5+ years in HR with a focus on Talent Management, L&D and C&B

✔ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage

✔ English — Upper-Intermediate or above

Nice to have:

✔ Experience with HCM systems — Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent

✔ Involvement in an HCM implementation project

✔ Background in international companies with a matrix structure

✔ Energetic and self-driven — takes initiative rather than waiting for direction

✔ Resilient in the face of change and team resistance

What we offer:

💰 up to UAH 160,000 / month gross — fully official salary

🎯 performance bonus 0−18% of monthly salary, paid quarterly (average 10−12%)
