Position Summary

The Facility Management Business Analyst supports the Facility Management Department by providing commercial, financial and operational analysis. The role focuses on improving business performance, supporting tenders and client proposals, analysing costs and profitability, preparing management reports, and delivering data-driven recommendations for operational decision-making. It is full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Analyse operational and financial performance of Facility Management contracts.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Prepare profitability, margin and cost analyses for existing and prospective clients.
• Develop business cases and scenario analyses for management decisions.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting reports for customers.

Commercial & Tender Support

• Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Develop pricing models and cost calculations.
• Prepare value-for-money analyses and commercial presentations.
• Coordinate inputs from operations, procurement, engineering and finance teams.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial clarifications.

Client & Contract Analytics

• Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports in English.
• Analyse SLA performance and contract KPIs.
• Support business reviews with international clients.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation actions.

Supplier & Market Analysis

• Maintain subcontractor database.
• Benchmark supplier pricing and market conditions.
• Support supplier selection and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (areas related to serving of corporate international customers is strong advantage).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint/other presentation tools and Word skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
