Intelix росте, і ми шукаємо Dispatcher Assistant, який допоможе нашій диспетчерській команді забезпечувати безперебійну роботу перевезень.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Previous experience in a trucking or logistics company is preferred (6+ months).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography and trucking/logistics processes.
• Computer literate; experience with TMS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support dispatchers with daily operations and shipment monitoring.
• Track loads in the system to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers via calls and messages.
• Assist in resolving delivery delays, road incidents, and equipment-related issues.
• Update load statuses in the TMS and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and handover notes for the next shift.
• Provide operational support to the dispatch team throughout the shift.

🕒 Schedule: Shift-based schedule by mutual agreement.

• Morning shift: 08:00−17:00 (Kyiv time)
• Afternoon shift: 15:00−01:00 (15:00—23:00 in the office, 23:00—01:00 remote)
