Опис вакансії

We are looking for an experienced International Legal Counsel to join our growing international fintech team. The successful candidate will support legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, assist with licensing processes, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide legal guidance on regulatory and corporate matters.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the fintech industry.
  • Practical experience with Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) and understanding of UK licensing requirements.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Experience working with foreign jurisdictions; experience with the United Kingdom and Poland,will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience communicating and cooperating with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Experience drafting Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other legal documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • High level of punctuality and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with international elements, including Service Agreements, Loan Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Merchant Agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Amend corporate documents for group companies and support corporate governance activities.
  • Prepare, review, and update internal corporate documentation.
  • Provide legal support for licensing entities and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Draft legal opinions and legal memoranda.
  • Develop and maintain website legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, policies, and product-related legal documents.
  • Provide legal consultations and support to internal stakeholders across different departments.
  • Prepare documentation required for Know Your Business (KYB) procedures.
  • Draft claims, responses to regulatory requests, and other legal correspondence.
  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining EMI, PSP, VASP, and MSB licenses.
