Logistics Coordinator

Tulip Tech is a Dutch manufacturer of high-performance batteries for drones. Their technology enables UAVs to fly 30−100% longer than with standard batteries, an innovation that has already proven to be a game changer on the battlefield. Today, Tulip Tech’s batteries are used by a wide range of Ukrainian military units as well as leading UAV companies.

The company is rapidly scaling, with active operations in Ukraine, the Netherlands, across Europe, and the United States. Tulip Tech is on a mission to strengthen European security by extending the flight time of UAVs and supporting Ukraine’s fight for independence.

Tulip Tech is looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in establishing and developing logistics operations in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Build and professionalize the company’s logistics capability from the ground up, establishing scalable processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics and warehouse operations in close collaboration with the NL team.
• Support in recruitment, building, and leading the logistics team as the organization grows.
• Take a hands-on approach by actively supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations when needed.
• Install and maintain high standards of safety, security, and regulatory compliance, with particular attention to handling battery products.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong logistics culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• 2−7 years of practical logistics or warehouse experience.
• Strong operational warehouse background.
• Experience with logistics operations (not supply chain planning).
• Hands-on mentality & ability to get your hands dirty when needed.
• Proactive, takes initiative, thinks beyond assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher
