Middle+ Linkbuilder

We are looking for a proactive Middle / Middle+ Link Building Specialist to join our SEO team and drive the growth of our backlink profile across international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective off-page SEO strategies, building relationships with publishers and webmasters, identifying high-quality link opportunities, and leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable link-building strategies aligned with SEO and business goals.
• Research, identify, and evaluate high-quality backlink opportunities across relevant niches.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and discover new link acquisition opportunities.
• Perform outreach to website owners, editors, bloggers, and publishers to secure high-quality placements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and content publishers.
• Manage guest posting, niche edits, digital PR, and other white-hat link-building campaigns.
• Evaluate backlink quality using key SEO metrics such as Domain Rating (DR), referring domains, organic traffic, topical relevance, and spam indicators.
• Monitor backlink health, indexing status, anchor distribution, and lost links.
• Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to create effective linkable assets and optimize anchor strategies.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize link-building efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Link Building, Off-page SEO, or a related SEO role.
• Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors and modern white-hat SEO practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with outreach tools (Hunter.io, Snov.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess backlink quality and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working with international websites and English-speaking markets is a strong advantage.
• В2 English (written communication is essential).

AI & Automation

We value specialists who actively leverage AI to improve productivity and scale their work.

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

• AI-assisted prospecting and competitor backlink analysis.
• Creating personalized outreach emails with AI while maintaining high quality and authenticity.
• Using AI for data analysis, backlink evaluation, and reporting.
• Automating repetitive workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar.
• Understanding AI limitations and validating outputs before implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Digital PR and HARO-style campaigns.
• Familiarity with Screaming Frog or other SEO crawling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Technical SEO.
• Experience working with SaaS, Finance, or other competitive niches.
