Schedule: 9 AM — 6 PM CET (Central European Time), full-time, with variable shifts according to the monthly departmental schedule, including weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Travel Manager (Back Office), you’ll be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring every detail is handled with care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling accommodation bookings, changes, and payments with speed and accuracy
• Liaising with global suppliers to secure rates for hotels, transportation, yachts, private jets, and more
• Organizing VIP transfers and rentals, ensuring drivers and schedules run like clockwork
• Booking exclusive tickets for concerts, sports, and cultural events and more
• Overseeing reservations in the world’s top restaurants
• Managing and updating supplier databases and in-house tools
• Collaborating closely with our operations team
• Staying ahead of the curve on global travel regulations and trends

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, or concierge services
• Native / Advanced Ukrainian or Russian; Upper-Intermediate English or higher is a must
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office
• Excellent formal communication skills, judgment and discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle non-standard situations
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Bonus: personal travel experience and familiarity with luxury travel standards
