We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Java/PHP Developer to join our UA team. If you excel at solving complex technical challenges, take pride in crafting clean and efficient code, and are driven to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

As a modern engineering team, we actively embrace AI-powered development workflows. We are looking for developers who can effectively combine strong engineering fundamentals with tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to deliver high-quality software faster, automate routine tasks, and focus on solving the problems that matter most.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java/PHP with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Quick learning ability and sharp problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in team environments.
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and software design.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and ensure production-ready quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative software solutions to meet client needs.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to code reviews.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Leverage modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
