Job Title: Middle Business Analyst (Automotive)

Project: Automotive B2B and B2C systems modification and support

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst with AI-enabled approach to business analysis and close collaboration with vendors and IT teams in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, user stories, process flows)
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and vendor solutions
• Maintain structured documentation (Markdown, Confluence, Git-based approaches)
• L2 support of enterprise apps

AI-Driven Approach:

• Actively use AI tools with primary focus on GitHub Copilot, as well as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar
• Apply AI to accelerate requirements documentation, analysis and reporting
• Use prompt engineering techniques to improve consistency and quality of outputs
• Leverage AI for summarization, insight generation and workshop preparation

Requirements:

• 3−5 years as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects
• Strong exp with BRD creation, Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Office & MS Project tools
• Exp with AI tools (GitHub co-pilot or similar) and markdown documentation tools
• Advanced presentation skills
• English B1+ (mandatory)
