Are you detail-oriented with strong analytical skills? Join our Accounting team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist and help ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and healthy cash flow for our growing trucking company!

Core Functions & Responsibilities

• Creating and issuing customer invoices
• Processing and recording incoming payments
• Monitoring accounts receivable balances and following up on overdue invoices
• Communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate financial records and updating customer information
• Collaborating with dispatch and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Preparing AR reports and assisting with month-end closing
• Data entry and document management

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping is preferred
• Experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
