We’re scaling — and we’re looking for more than just another dispatcher. We need a leader to run a team of 7 dispatchers and take our dispatch operations to the next level.

You’ll own a team, get real authority, report directly to the CEO, and drive outcomes for the whole company — not just your own loads.

Compensation

• Starting from $1000/week (~$4,300+/month)
• Plus a bonus system based on team performance (details discussed at interview)
• Clear path to grow income as the team’s results grow

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 7 dispatchers (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
• Own daily team performance — spot what’s not working and fix it fast
• Drive load coverage and broker relationships across the team
• Oversee driver management, onboarding, and compliance
• Own reporting to the CEO: daily flags, weekly Gross Income, monthly team results

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Dispatch Team Lead in US trucking/logistics — required
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations: load booking, broker communication, driver management
• Proven leadership — able to motivate, hold the team accountable, and develop people
• Driven, energetic, goal-oriented — leads by example, not from the sidelines
• Strong attention to detail in records and documentation
• Professional English, written and verbal
• Comfortable working with load boards and spreadsheet-based reporting
