AI Builder / AI Automation Engineer (Remote)

About Us

We are a company which is focussed on generating Virtual Reality Simulation solutions. But more and more, we also build AI-powered software and automation solutions for our clients using AI technologies / Vibe Coding. Until now, our CEO and employees did it as a side hustle, but for now we have different projects from clients that we should do completely with AI Agentic coding. On top, we have to generate AI Videos, AI Pictures, AI 3D Models. this would all be your responsibility to further develop the existing solutions.

We are looking for someone who is curious, highly intelligent, enjoys solving problems, and loves experimenting with new technologies, and is working hands-on.

This is not a software engineering position! if you are writing a single line of code, you will be fired! ;-)

About the Job

Here some specific tasks: You will develop AI Tools: a tool based on browser-based online 3d Scenes. For a client, you will develop a Prototype for an online video platform with interactive formats.

You will try to re-generate existing fotos with our 3d Scene editor and adapt the 3d scene editor until it can do all the required stuff.

The important thing is that you can work in parallel on multiple projects (every AI needs some time to provide results, so while you wait for an output of one project, you do another one). Also, you will regenerate with Banana or other tools some already existing videos that should be adapted to other environments. You will use Unity3D on a dedicated PC with installed AI Agent to try to develop automatically some 3d applications

Ideally, you will also help our coworkers to understand the real potential of AI and help them to unlock this potential.

Your Responsibilities

Yeah, it’s a long list… don’t be afraid. it sounds more complicate than it is ;-)

AI Development

• Build applications using modern AI Agents
• no coding! you just instruct the AI. preferrably, you have also coding-knowledge to understand how those system works, that the AI should rely on github open source solutions that are commercially usable, etc.
• You understand that the AI might develop some software, but that this software has to be tested against security risks
• Develop customer solutions ranging from internal business applications to advanced web applications such as 3D editors and interactive tools.
• Rapidly prototype new products and features.

• Install and configure local AI models, e.g. for 3d Generation, and AI tools on our development machines and servers.

AI Business Process Automation

• Talk to our team to find possibilities to automate some working steps
• Implement appropriate approval mechanisms so AI cannot independently perform sensitive actions such as sending invoices or customer emails.
• Design intelligent workflows using ClickUp and other project management tools.
• Automate project monitoring and task tracking.
• Detect delays, bottlenecks, and risks early.
• Generate meaningful weekly customer reports containing only relevant insights instead of generic AI-generated summaries.
• Continuously improve project management workflows through automation.

AI Marketing

• Research how our products and content can become more visible inside modern AI systems and AI search engines.
• Develop and test strategies for AI-first marketing.
• Analyze how content should be structured so it is effectively understood and referenced by AI assistants.
• Continuously experiment with new AI marketing techniques and measure their effectiveness.

Project Ownership

• Independently manage AI-related projects from idea to implementation.
• Coordinate priorities and communicate progress.
• Work closely with developers and management.
• Take ownership of delivering practical, high-quality solutions.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Design experiments to validate ideas.
• Measure results using clear performance metrics.
• Iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
• Continuously improve existing systems instead of accepting the first working solution.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical thinking.
• High level of curiosity.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for experimenting with new technologies.
• Experience using modern AI tools and large language models.
• Preferrably Python or JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Git.
• Preferrably Good written and spoken English.

We especially value people who build things in their free time.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Experience running local LLMs.
• Knowledge of Docker and Linux.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience integrating APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, or AI workflows.
