Architect (Revit, USA)

NEWSTAFF is a Ukrainian architecture and engineering company collaborating with clients across Israel, Europe, and the United States.

We are currently building a dedicated architectural team for New York City, USA, working on high-profile residential and mixed-use developments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects in one of the world’s most demanding architectural markets while working remotely from Ukraine.

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Architect who wants to gain international exposure, work on complex real-world projects, and utilize advanced BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing architectural solutions for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Project modeling and creating precise construction documents in Revit.
• Architectural detailing and formatting of construction drawings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful experience as an Architect with US architectural projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1) — Mandatory! Fluent speaking and written skills for daily communication.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and structural coordination (experience with concrete structures is a big plus!).
• Available portfolio with US architectural drawings, details, and Revit models.
