Customer Support Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a long-term Canadian healthcare project.

This is a full-time remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided by the company. Company-provided equipment.

Working Hours: Monday — Friday 15:30 — 00:00 (Kyiv time)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support via phone and email.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, email, web-based applications.
• Resolve customer issues using available tools and resources.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.
