CRM Specialist

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can combine analytics, creativity, and a systematic approach to user engagement at Softsich.

Softsich is a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company creating innovative digital products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setup and maintenance of automated CRM flows
• Building and optimizing trigger-based communication chains based on user events and attributes
• Working with Customer.io: campaigns, broadcasts, journeys, and segments
• Configuring communication logic in line with retention and lifecycle strategies
• Managing user segmentation (active, inactive, VIP, churn, reactivation, etc.)
• Collaborating with Product, CRM, and Game teams on flow logic and campaign launches
• Monitoring and ensuring the correct performance of automated workflows
• Analyzing the effectiveness of automated campaigns and preparing optimization recommendations
• Conducting market analysis and benchmarking competitor CRM practices

It’s a match if you have:

• 1+ year of experience in CRM marketing
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level
• Experience working with email / SMS / web-push channels
• Ability to create segments and automation flows
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
• Ability to work with analytical reports

Nice to have:

• Experience with Customer.io
• Experience working with SOFTSWISS
