As a SEO Analyst, you will help us understand how customers discover Kitfix across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. Through research, analysis and reporting, you’ll provide the insight that helps guide SEO priorities and evaluate the impact of completed initiatives.

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven SEO Analyst and Manager to strengthen Kitfix’s organic search presence across multiple international markets.

You’ll monitor search performance, research trends and turn data into practical recommendations while maintaining the reporting and measurement that supports our SEO programme. Working with colleagues across the business, you’ll help identify opportunities, contribute to SEO initiatives and measure their impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyse SEO performance across Kitfix websites and international markets, identifying opportunities for growth and investigating significant changes in visibility or traffic.
• Research keywords, search trends, SERP features and user behaviour to inform content and technical SEO decisions.
• Build and maintain SEO reporting dashboards and tracking systems.
• Preparing recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with clear recommendations for Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development and Management.
• Support content and technical SEO audits through data analysis, conduct post-implementation reviews and assess the impact of completed initiatives.
• Work closely with colleagues and external partners to help prioritise SEO activities, review implementation and share SEO knowledge across the business.
• Monitor developments in AI-powered search and evaluate how changes in search behaviour may influence the visibility of Kitfix and its brands.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong emphasis on measurement, reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate search data into practical recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing SEO reporting for a website, brand, product category or business area.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis and organic search performance.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and established SEO platforms.
• Solid understanding of technical, on-page and content SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within e-commerce, consumer products or an international business.
• Familiarity with SEO across multiple countries and languages.
• Understanding of the relationship between organic search, website engagement and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of AI-powered search and emerging search technologies.
• Experience using business intelligence or data visualisation tools to present SEO insights.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R or data automation.
• Experience working with developers, content teams and external SEO partners.
• German, French or another European language would be an advantage.
