AI, Automation Expert

What you’ll do:

Flowium is looking for an AI & Automation Expert to design, build, and maintain the automation infrastructure powering our retention marketing services for DTC brands. You’ll work at the intersection of email/SMS marketing and intelligent automation, helping our team and clients get more value from Klaviyo, n8n, and AI-driven tools.

1. Build and maintain automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, and similar) that streamline campaign operations, reporting, and client communication
2. Leverage Klaviyo’s AI features — predictive churn modeling, RFM segmentation, AI-driven traffic identification — to improve client retention outcomes
3. Manage integrations across our martech stack and troubleshoot workflow failures
4. Evaluate and pilot new AI/automation tools, recommending what’s worth adopting
5. Translate complex automation logic into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teammates and clients

What you bring:

1. Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n preferred) and API integrations
2. Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, including advanced/AI features
3. Comfort with data analysis; SQL a plus
4. Curiosity and adaptability — you track emerging AI tools and know how to separate hype from real value
5. Ability to communicate technical concepts simply and clearly
