Dispatcher (Heavy Haul)

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher (Heavy Haul) for the logistics company (US market).

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and booking open deck freight (flatbed, step deck, double drop, RGN)
• Handling oversize loads: dimensions and weight, permits, routing, escorts
• Negotiating rates and terms with brokers
• Managing drivers from pickup to delivery and solving issues on the road
• Working with rate confirmations, BOLs, and paperwork

Requirements:

• Proven Heavy Haul experience — required
• Hands-on experience with open deck equipment: flatbed, step deck, double drop, RGN
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above (daily phone negotiations with brokers)
• Solid understanding of permits, over-dimensional regulations, and state-specific rules
• Strong negotiation skills

Working hours: from 15:00 till 1:00 (Monday — Friday)
