Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a motivated individual who wants to start and build a career in U.S. logistics and transportation dispatch.

You will begin as a Dispatch Assistant, working alongside an experienced dispatcher and learning the day-to-day operations. Your initial responsibilities will include:

• tracking loads;

• coordinating with drivers;

• communicating updates;

• assisting the dispatch team.

You need to be ready for a flexible schedule, it will depend on the workload.

As you gain experience and become comfortable with the process, you will gradually transition into an independent Dispatcher role, managing your own trucks and drivers.

No previous dispatching experience is required, but preferred. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, responsible, organized, and interested in growing with our company. About the Company

Liberty Logistics is a U.S.-based transportation carrier specializing in expedited OTR freight transportation.

Responsibilities

• Search for and book freight
• Communicate with English-speaking drivers operating 26 ft box trucks
• Maintain communication with freight brokers and logistics companies
• Monitor shipments and ensure pickups and deliveries stay on schedule
• Maintain required reports and documentation

Requirements

• We require strong English communication skills. Both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, responsibility, and multitasking skills
• Previous experience is not required; however, experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, or working with load boards is a plus
