About Us

Mrija Inc. is a growing trucking company operating a fleet of 15 trucks across the United States. We are looking for a reliable and organized Fleet Coordinator to join our remote team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2+ years in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work U.S. business hours
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to driver calls regarding breakdowns, accidents, and roadside emergencies
• Recruit new drivers as well as maintain smooth operations with already hired drivers
• Assist with driver onboarding and document collection
• Maintain accurate records and update company systems with all service-related information
• Monitor fleet performance and equipment status
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance
• Oversee fleet maintenance, compliance, and operational performance

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM — 5:00 PM US business hours
