Communications Specialist (LinkedIn, PR, SMM)

Contio.tech is an international BPO company, partnering with some of the world’s most innovative tech brands. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Communication Specialist to help us tell our story across platforms and borders.

Who we’re looking for: Someone who can start a conversation with a stranger — on LinkedIn, at a conference, or in a journalist’s inbox — and enjoy it. You’re curious about tech and business, you work hands-on rather than waiting to be told, and you’re easy to have on a team.

You’ll own how Contio.tech shows up publicly: our LinkedIn presence, our CEOs' voices, our presence at industry events, and our relationships with media and professional communities. If you like writing, meeting people, and being the one who makes a company sound like itself — this is that job.

Your key responsibilities:

• Run Contio’s LinkedIn page, and support the personal LinkedIn profiles of our CEOs
• Write posts, news and updates about our team, our projects, and the BPO industry
• Represent Contio at Ukrainian events and conferences alongside our BDM — and network proactively while you’re there
• Support external communications with media, partners, and professional communities (DIIA.City Union, IT Ukraine Association)
• Build a strong, consistent brand voice for Contio.tech and keep our long-term PR strategy moving
• Conduct interviews with industry experts and manage our podcast
• Coordinate the internal Monthly Company Digest

What we expect:

• 1−2 years in communications, with hands-on LinkedIn experience
• English B2 or higher, spoken and written
• Confidence in communication and networking
• A proactive, curious, hands-on approach, and real interest in IT and business

Nice to have (but not required):

• Content creation, blogging, or social media strategy experience
• A deep feel for LinkedIn and company branding
• Conference participation, volunteer work, or other public-facing projects
• Basic design skills — Canva, Figma
• Comfort using AI in content creation
