Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Ads Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take full ownership of paid acquisition, work directly with international technology companies, and combine hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking.

👉 Responsibilities

• Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with clients' business goals and growth objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns independently.
• Research target audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Manage advertising budgets and make decisions on campaign allocation and scaling.
• Work closely with clients, present campaign results, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Continuously research new paid media trends, AI tools, and growth opportunities to improve clients' results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience working with technology companies, preferably IT outsourcing, outstaffing, software development, or SaaS.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, scaling, targeting, and retargeting.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
• Experience independently building paid advertising strategies and managing campaigns from launch to optimization.
• Experience working with US and European markets.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting marketing results and recommendations.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience working with Google Ads.
• Experience with B2B lead generation.
• Experience using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or CRM systems.
• Experience with OpenAI Ads will be a huge advantage.
