Freight Broker — Remote Position

We are a growing U.S.-based logistics company providing reliable ground transportation solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Freight Broker to join our team in a remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and coordinate freight transportation between customers and transportation providers.
• Manage and grow your existing book of business, while developing new customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure high-quality service and timely execution of shipments.
• Track shipment statuses, quickly resolve issues, and maintain transparency throughout the transportation process.
• Negotiate rates and secure favorable terms while maintaining strong margins.
• Analyze the transportation market and identify competitive solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase freight volume, revenue, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Existing and transferable book of business is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar freight sales/logistics role.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and generate freight revenue.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close business.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• English language proficiency is preferred.
