Legal Associate (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing a wide range of legal documents.
• Ensuring high standards of clarity, accuracy, and comprehensibility across all documentation.
• Conducting international legal research and providing guidance on cross-border corporate and financial matters.
• Supporting due diligence processes, transaction closings, and post-closing integration.
• Coordinating work with the internal legal team and external advisors.
• Continuously monitoring global and Ukrainian legislative and regulatory developments affecting investment and defense.

Requirements & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in international corporate law.
• Master’s degree in corporate law.
• Experience working with venture capital, venture studios, or Ukrainian defense-related funds is a strong advantage.
• Ability to transform AI-generated text into structured, precise legal documents — must-have.
• Strong attention to details.
• Capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
