About the Job

To support the quality, reliability, and day-to-day operations of our products and services, we’re hiring a trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant.

This is an operational role focused on completing a defined set of day-to-day tasks accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities may include working with our internal AI-assisted tools to review information, generate and review responses, complete operational workflows, identify issues, and make sure assigned tasks are handled correctly and promptly.

You will receive training on the tools, processes, and workflows required for the position. No specific prior industry or technical experience is required. What matters most is your ability to learn, follow procedures, stay focused, use good judgment, and consistently complete assigned responsibilities.

The specific responsibilities of the role may evolve over time based on business needs. However, the position will remain focused primarily on operational execution, quality control, and supporting day-to-day business processes.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned operational tasks and workflows during your scheduled shift.
Use internal AI-assisted tools to process information and generate suggested outputs or responses.
Review AI-generated information carefully for accuracy, relevance, and completeness before completing the associated task.
Correct mistakes, misunderstandings, or incomplete outputs when necessary.
Monitor assigned workflows and take appropriate manual action when an automated process cannot be completed successfully.
Follow documented procedures, training materials, and quality standards.
Escalate unusual situations or issues when they cannot be resolved through the standard process.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsiveness throughout your shift.
Work your assigned 8-hour shift as part of round-the-clock, 7-day operations, including scheduled weekend rotations.
Take on additional operational responsibilities as business needs, priorities, and workflows evolve.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
Strong written English comprehension, with the ability to carefully read and understand customer and business information.
Comfortable using computers, internet browsers, search engines, web-based applications, and general productivity tools.
Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI assistants.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and documented processes.
Good judgment and the confidence to identify and correct mistakes.
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a fixed 8-hour shift schedule, including weekend rotations.
Ability to remain focused and productive throughout the assigned shift.
Reliable and uninterrupted internet connection.
Stable power supply suitable for remote work.
Access to your own reliable computer and mobile device required for performing the job.
Based in Ukraine and able to work remotely.
