Customer success manager

oHallo is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our Nordic customers. Our sales team initiates dialogue with companies across Denmark, Sweden and Norway that want to deploy AI agents to run their customer operations. You conduct the meetings that follow. You demonstrate oHallo and you secure the outcomes each company expects once it becomes a customer.

This is a role for an experienced customer service or customer success professional who wants to work in an AI-native company. You will acquire a thorough knowledge of oHallo and configure it for each new customer so that it handles their customer operations. You then remain their principal contact and hold responsibility for the results they achieve. Autonomous agents are changing how customer service is delivered and you are the person who puts that into practice for each customer.

What you will do

• Conduct discovery meetings and live demonstrations of oHallo for prospective Nordic customers, and answer the product questions raised in them.
• Carry out the initial setup for each new customer. This includes their channels, their knowledge, their rules and their business systems.
• Test that oHallo answers a customer’s enquiries correctly before that customer goes live.
• Hold responsibility for the results each customer achieves once live and act when a result falls short of what was agreed.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for live customers and resolve the issues they raise.
• Coordinate with each customer’s IT department on the connection of their business systems.
• Report the problems customers encounter to our product team.
• Keep our CRM up to date.

What we are looking for

• Three or more years in customer success, customer service, onboarding, implementation or account management. B2B software is an advantage.
• Experience of demonstrating software to business customers and conducting those meetings without support.
• English at C1 level, written and spoken. It is our working language.
• The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders at large organisations.
• A genuine interest in AI and the commitment to acquire thorough expertise in a single product.
• A self-directed and reliable approach to fully remote work.
• Daily overlap with Central European working hours.

Experience with a customer service system such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Puzzel or Dixa is an advantage. A Nordic language is an advantage but not required.
