Influence Manager (French & English) | iGaming

We are looking for an InfluencerManager to join the team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new influencers, building long-term partnerships, negotiating advertising placements, and driving performance across African markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, negotiations, working with social media, and achieving measurable business results. Previous experience in influencer marketing or iGaming is not required — the team is open to junior candidates and ready to provide training.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset;
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing;
• French — B1 level or higher;
• English — B1 level or higher;
• Flexible work format with office-based options in Kyiv or Warsaw.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar communication-focused role;
• Higher education in Marketing;
• Previous experience in the gambling/iGaming niche.

Responsibilities

• Search for new influencers and bloggers through social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant sources;
• Identify and assess potential influencers for advertising collaborations;
• Contact new influencers and initiate partnership discussions;
• Negotiate advertising placements, pricing, and cooperation terms;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and bloggers;
• Coordinate advertising placements and support the cooperation process;
• Monitor influencer performance and analyze the results of advertising campaigns;
• Work with performance metrics such as CPM and ROI;
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and develop successful partnerships;
• Achieve and maintain key business KPIs.
