Onboarding Specialist with Hebrew at Payoneer (International Payment Platform)

Secure money transfers, multi-currency accounts, and seamless marketplace integrations — all built to help businesses grow without borders. You’ll be working closely with a Dubai-based team and supporting clients across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Outreach & Onboarding
  • Proactively reach out to clients at different stages of registration and onboarding across EMEA
  • Guide customers through KYC and compliance processes through to successful onboarding completion
• Client Communication
  • Communicate with clients primarily via outbound calls, supported by email and WhatsApp
  • Educate clients on Payoneer’s products, features, and value proposition
• Customer Needs & Solutions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most relevant solutions or product bundles
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Resolve onboarding blockers in collaboration with Compliance, Sales, and Market Development teams
• CRM & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding status in CRM tools
• Performance & KPIs
  • Meet onboarding KPIs, including activation rate, time to first transaction, and client engagement metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant Experience
  • 2−5 years of experience in customer onboarding, inside sales, customer success, or business development
  • Prior experience in onboarding within the banking or financial services sector is a strong advantage
• Fintech & Onboarding Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of banking or fintech onboarding flows, including account opening, identity verification, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with KYC, AML, compliance-oriented onboarding, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with EMEA markets is a plus
• Communication & Customer Focus
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in outbound client interactions
  • Consultative, customer-focused approach with solid problem-solving skills
• Client & Priority Management
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Tools & Systems
  • Experience with CRM systems and calling tools
• Languages
  • English (В2) and Ukrainian are required
  • Hebrew (B1+ / B2)
