Junior Program Coordinator (English B2+)

What is important to us:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, as a significant part of the communication with our clients is in English;
• Strong written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several processes simultaneously without losing track of details;
• Attention to detail, documents, deadlines, and agreements;
• Empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with very different people;
• The ability to remain calm and act confidently in complex and unexpected situations;
• Willingness to learn quickly and develop expertise in the field of reproductive medicine.

Previous experience in medicine or reproductive healthcare will be an advantage, but it is not required. We are ready to train a strong candidate from scratch.

A degree in translation or linguistics, as well as experience in SMM, will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients;
• Support and coordinate surrogacy and egg donation programs;
• Coordinate communication between clients, surrogate mothers, egg donors, clinics, doctors, lawyers, and other specialists;
• Arrange medical examinations, consultations, appointments, and other stages of the programs;
• Monitor deadlines and ensure that agreed tasks are completed on time;
• Work with documents, translations, spreadsheets, and our internal CRM/database;
• Provide clients with regular, clear, and well-structured updates regarding their programs;
• Help resolve unexpected situations that may arise throughout the process;
• Contribute to SMM activities, including content creation and the development of AVE Fertility’s social media presence.
