Procurement Specialist (Infrastructure Projects)

With the support of our donors and partners, we have provided more than $160 million in aid and services, reaching millions of people across Ukraine.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to take on a key role in supporting infrastructure projects within our organization. This position will be central to ensuring that procurement processes are transparent, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s mission to support community resilience and social impact.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of experience in procurement and logistics.

✔ English language proficiency at B1 level or above.

✔ Experience in engineering, construction, or technical projects, including working with budgets and technical documentation.

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

✔ Knowledge of procurement principles, standards, and best practices.

✔ Ability to draft, execute, and manage contracts effectively.

✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

✔ High level of responsibility, integrity, and ethics in work.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize and manage the procurement of goods, works, and services to support infrastructure projects, following the organization’s procurement policies.
• Conduct market analysis, identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Analyze proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure all procurement procedures comply with organizational and donor standards, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
• Maintain procurement documentation and provide regular reports to the team.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders:
• Project Managers — to align on technical specifications and project priorities. Legal Team — to review contracts, ensure compliance, and align procurement terms with legal requirements.
• Finance/Accounting — to process payments and support accurate financial reporting.

• Identify risks and troubleshoot challenges in procurement processes.

Would be a plus:

✔ Experience in the humanitarian / recovery sector, or with donor-funded projects.
