Middle UI/UX Designer

What you’ll do:

• Design UI/UX for SaaS and mobile products — both from scratch and for existing products
• Own the product thinking: understand user goals and business context, and turn them into interface decisions — not just execute handed-down mockups
• Design data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, charts, maps, infographics
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement UI components and assets
• Present and defend design solutions to our US-based clients, and iterate based on feedback
• Proactively suggest product and UX improvements when you see the opportunity

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of commercial UI/UX experience with a portfolio that proves product thinking, not just visuals
• Real SaaS and mobile work in your portfolio — this is mandatory, not a nice-to-have
• Strong product sense: you can translate functional requirements into mockups and reason about why, not only how
• Experience designing data visualization: charts, maps, infographics, dashboards
• Solid fundamentals: composition, layout, grid, typography, color
• Understanding of human-centered design, contemporary UI conventions, Human Interface Guidelines
• Knowledge of adaptive web and mobile-first principles
• Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools
• Self-motivation and time management
• English — Upper-Intermediate (you'll be talking to clients directly)
