Senior SEO Specialist

BlueVPS OÜ is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with

Responsibilities:

— Develop and execute the international organic search strategy across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC, driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue.

• Own site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and SEO aspects of website migrations. Translate technical SEO requirements into clear and actionable tasks for development teams.
• Build topical authority and organic visibility across key hosting and cloud products, including VPS, Dedicated Servers, GPU Servers, Cloud Infrastructure, and data center locations. Create data-driven content briefs and collaborate with content and product teams.
• Develop authoritative and sustainable link-building strategies and collaborate with PR and Marketing teams on digital PR, industry research, data-driven campaigns, and linkable assets.
• Develop, test, and evaluate AEO/GEO strategies to increase brand visibility across AI-driven search and discovery platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI experiences.
• Own organic search reporting through Looker Studio, GA4, and Google Search Console, track business-focused SEO KPIs, run SEO experiments, identify growth opportunities, and mentor SEO team members or external contractors.

Requirements: — Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in international B2B SaaS, Cloud, Hosting, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or other highly competitive technology sectors.

• Advanced expertise in site architecture, crawling and indexation, internal linking, international SEO (hreflang and multi-regional setups), JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, and indexation control.
• Strong understanding of international and multi-regional SEO, including hreflang, localization, regional search intent, SERP differences, and market-specific keyword research.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, competitor and SERP analysis, topical authority, content architecture, and optimization for competitive commercial queries.
• Strong understanding of link building, backlink analysis, link quality assessment, competitor link research, and Digital PR. — Advanced hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio or comparable tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex SEO and performance data into business decisions and connect organic search performance to customer acquisition and revenue.
• Ability to independently prioritize SEO initiatives and work effectively with Development, Content, Product, Marketing teams.
• Language: English at C1 (Advanced) level, with strong written and verbal communication skills for evaluating technical and marketing content and collaborating across distributed international teams.

Nice to Have: — Domain knowledge of hosting, VPS and Dedicated Servers, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, data centers, CDN, networking, DDoS protection, or cybersecurity.

• Hands-on experience with server log analysis, SQL, Python, APIs, or SEO automation.
• Experience managing SEO during complex website migrations, domain consolidations, redesigns, or major site architecture changes.
• Practical experience with AEO/GEO, AI Search optimization, LLM visibility tracking, or experimentation with AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Experience mentoring SEO specialists or managing external SEO agencies and contractors.
