Sales Assistant

We have an opening for a Sales Assistant.

Requirements:

• Own computer or laptop;
• Stable internet connection;
• Experience working with a LinkedIn profile;
• Conversational English — B2;
• Previous experience working with people, such as sales, customer support, recruitment, call center, account management, lead generation, hospitality, or a similar field;

Key responsibilities:

• Outbound Communication (written);
• Working with interested potential clients;
• Scheduling introductory calls;
• Conducting the initial call;
• Lead handover.
• Required Technologies (LinkedIn Outreach)

Additionally:

• The position may be suitable both for candidates looking for full-time employment and for professionals who would like to combine this role with other activities.
• The ability to choose their preferred working hours;
• The number of working hours per day may vary depending on the employee’s availability;
• The main requirement is to meet the established performance targets;
• Minimum workload — 20 hours per week;
• Workload of up to 40 hours per week is possible.

COMPENSATION:

*The expected compensation range is $600-$1,500 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and expected contribution to the role.

*The KPI and compensation structure will be discussed individually during the interview process. We are open to flexible arrangements and are willing to consider different compensation models based on the candidate’s background and what they can bring to the position.
