WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop and expand the client base by attracting new profitable clients;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market;
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and developing solutions to pricing, contract negotiations, and closing deals;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 1 year of relevant experience;
• Proven experience in the air or sea freight industry;
• Strong customer relationship management skills;
• Excellent English and strong communication skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to service quality;
• Team player with flexibility, responsibility, and initiative;
• Ability to work independently, find solutions, and achieve results.
