International Trade Execution Specialist

Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets is looking for candidates for the position of International Trade Execution Specialist (trucks/container/rail/vessel)

Functional responsibilities:

• Execution of commodity contracts for meals/grains supplied by vessels/containers/trucks and rail.
• Full-cycle vessel management: from receiving the nomination to the release of the ship from the port of loading (including preparation of documents, Certificates of Origin, Veterinary Certificate, Letters of Credit, lay time calculation, etc.).
• Follow up of purchase and sale contracts for meals on various incoterms basis, GAFTA terms
• Registration of documents, control over the availability of originals/copies, keeping records/contracts/powers of attorney in internal databases, including ERP.
• Close cooperation with clients, banks, freight brokers, agents, port/terminal authorities, laboratories, and surveyors.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same area in an international company.
• Master’s Degree in International Economics or a similar one.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, their organization in sea transportation, delivery conditions, storage, and transportation of meals/grain cargoes.
• A GAFTA, FOSFA, Incoterms, UCP 600, Charter Parties course certificate will be your advantage.
• Confident PC user of Microsoft Office (Excel), 1C8/ERP.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization, meticulous attention to details, organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Accountability, flexibility, hardworking.
